Andrew has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking with large global firms. He is the founding partner of Pinpoint Capital Advisors and has advised on numerous domestic and international capital raisings and mergers and acquisition transactions.
Andrew’s relationships span leading small and mid market companies, private equity and infrastructure funds, pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, endowments and insurance companies.
Previously, Andrew was a senior investment banker with Macquarie and Rothschild.
Andrew holds a MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, ON and a BComm from Concordia University in Montréal.

Adrian has 6 years experience in corporate finance and has worked on a number of M&A and capital raising mandates since joining Pinpoint Capital Advisors in 2016. Adrian is a CFA charterholder and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Karim joined Pinpoint in 2019 and is a key member of the Pinpoint advisory and capital raising team. Karim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Toronto. He was awarded the Graduate Prize in Management and Economics for graduating top of his class. Karim is a CFA charterholder.

Najib joined Pinpoint on a full-time basis in 2023 as an Analyst after formerly completing a co-op work term with the firm in 2021. Najib holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University. Najib was a recipient of the President’s Gold Scholarship and the Edward Huber Scholarship.
