Advised CTI, an award-winning, central Illinois-based fiber internet services provider on the sale of its business to Joink (DIF).
Advised North American wireless tower and infrastructure developer/owner Signum Wireless on the sale of its Canadian wireless tower portfolio.
Advised US wireless tower developer TowerCom on its $80mm equity capital raising to finance its wireless tower build-to-suit expansion. Investors were M/C Partners and Fengate Infrastructure.
Advised Landmark Dividend on a $250mm equity capital raise for its new digital infrastructure (data center) business. The capital was raised from DIF and Northleaf Capital Partners.
