Pinpoint Capital Advisors Announces Promotions & New Hire

Pinpoint Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank¹ focused on advising on transactions and raising capital for small and mid-size businesses in the digital infrastructure sector, announced the promotions of Adrian Grandilli, CFA to Vice President and Karim Iskander, CFA to Associate. Najib Guiti also joins the firm as an Analyst.

Similarly, Karim has demonstrated strong analytical skills and is poised for further success as Associate. We also welcome Najib back to Pinpoint.”

Adrian Grandilli joined Pinpoint Capital Advisors in 2016 and has worked at the firm as an Analyst, Associate and Associate Vice President prior to his most recent promotion. In his role as Vice President, Adrian will take on more responsibility in leading the firm’s active mandates and will be called upon to play a significant role in the continued growth of the firm and its relationships. Karim Iskander joined the firm in 2019 as an Analyst. In his new role, Karim will support the team on all current mandates and projects. Najib Guiti rejoins Pinpoint on a full-time basis after formerly completing a co-op work term with Pinpoint in 2021.
